Kevin Kaiser

Kevin Kaiser is a Professor of Finance Senior Fellow, Harris Family Alternative Investments Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also an Adjunct Full Professor of Finance at the Wharton School. His research interests include corporate finance, managing for value, private equity, and financial distress. Kaiser has authored several books and articles on these topics, including co-authored works such as 'The Blue Line Imperative' and 'Becoming a Top Manager'. He teaches various finance courses at Wharton, focusing on corporate restructuring, distressed investing, and valuation. Kaiser joined Wharton in 2017 after previously serving as a Professor of Management Practice at INSEAD.
