Edward J. Bergman is a Lecturer in the Legal Studies & Business Ethics Department at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. His teaching focuses on Negotiation and Dispute Resolution, with courses such as BIOE5400 and LGST2910. Bergman has contributed to the field of bioethics through his work with the Penn Program for the Management of Clinical Conflict, where he conducted Intensive Clinical Ethics Mediation Workshops. His career includes a private law practice, mediation in state and federal courts, and academic roles at various institutions. He has authored and co-authored articles in peer-reviewed journals and received the William G. Whitney Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Education in 2011.
