Regular biography
Dr Navneet Krishnan is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Nuclear Physics & Accelerator Applications, Fundamental & Theoretical Physics at The Australian National University. His research focuses on subatomic physics, particularly the impact of nuclear structure on dark matter direct detection and quantum many-body modelling of the atomic nucleus. His work explores how dark matter particles interact with atomic nuclei and the expected number of scattering events in underground dark matter searches. Dr Krishnan is part of the Subatomic Physics Group and collaborates with researchers such as Professor Cedric Simenel and Ms Raghda Abdel Khaleq.
