Dirk Koenig

Dr Dirk Koenig is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of PHY at The Australian National University. His research focuses on electronic materials and engineering, with an emphasis on silicon nanocrystals, silicon-based optoelectronics, and advanced semiconductor materials.
