Nick Koudas

Nick Koudas is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Toronto. His research focuses on data management systems, data management, query processing, scalable machine learning on massive data sets, video and image query processing, approximate query processing with deep learning models, and machine learning applications in neuroscience. His work addresses fundamental challenges in large-scale data management, with an emphasis on integrating machine learning techniques into scalable data platforms. Koudas holds a PhD from the University of Toronto, an MSc from the University of Maryland at College Park, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Patras in Greece.
