Regular biography
Prof Michael Johnston is an Honorary Professor in the Department of Electronic Materials Engineering at The Australian National University. His research focuses on semiconductor optoelectronics and nanotechnology, with a particular emphasis on nanowire sensors and polarization-sensitive terahertz spectroscopy. He is affiliated with the Semiconductor Optoelectronics and Nanotechnology Group. His work has been published in conference proceedings, including a paper presented at the 47th International Conference on Infrared, Millimeter and Terahertz Waves in 2022.
