Professor Lan Fu is a Professor at the Department of Electronic Materials Engineering, Research School of Physics and Engineering, The Australian National University. His research focuses on the design, fabrication, and integration of optoelectronic devices such as LEDs, lasers, and photodetectors, as well as high efficiency solar cells based on low dimensional III-V compound semiconductor structures including quantum wells, self-assembled quantum dots, and nanowires grown by metalorganic chemical vapour deposition (MOCVD).
