Regular biography
Dr Michael Fraser is a Departmental Visitor in the Physics Department at The Australian National University. His research focuses on semiconductor optoelectronics and nanotechnology, with publications in areas such as quantum wires, terahertz emission, and defect levels in materials. Dr Fraser has contributed to several journal articles and conference papers, including work on carrier dynamics and polarization-sensitive terahertz detection. His research group is part of the Semiconductor Optoelectronics and Nanotechnology Group at ANU.
