Regular biography
Eric Schulz is a Professor of Instruction in the Department of Economics at Northwestern University. He earned his PhD from Northwestern University in 1994. His research interests include behavioral economics, micro-based models of money and credit, political economy, and the determination of the rate of time preference. Schulz is recognized for his teaching excellence, having been named multiple times to the Associated Student Government faculty honor roll and receiving the Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences distinguished teaching award as well as the university-wide McCormick distinguished teaching award.
