Regular biography
Taleb Alwadi is a Distinguished Professor in the Department of PHY at The Australian National University. His research focuses on materials physics, with a particular emphasis on ion track formation and porosity in semiconductors. Alwadi holds a Master of Science in Medical Radiation Physics from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor of Biomedical Physics from Yarmouk University in Jordan. His work includes contributions to the field of ion irradiation effects on semiconductor materials, as evidenced by his publication in the Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology A.
