Christina Woo is a Professor of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Harvard University, affiliated with the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology. Her research interests include analytical, bioorganic, chemical biology, and organic chemistry. The Woo lab utilizes chemical biology, organic synthesis, and mass spectrometry to investigate small molecule activity in the proteome, focusing on chemical proteomic methods to study therapeutics, natural products, and metabolites. She joined the CCB faculty as an Assistant Professor in 2016. Her academic background includes a B.A. from Wellesley College (2008) and a Ph.D. from Yale University (2013) under Professor Seth Herzon. She completed a Jane Coffin Childs postdoctoral fellowship at University of California, Berkeley and Stanford University (2016) with Professor Carolyn Bertozzi. She is the recipient of a Burroughs Wellcome Fund CASI fellowship (2015).
