Zhuotong Liu

Regular biography

Dr Zhuotong Liu is a Stipendiary Fellow at the School of Economics, The University of Edinburgh. He holds a PhD in Economics and an MRes in Economics, both from the University of Bristol, as well as a BSc in Financial Economics from the University of Kent. His PhD research focuses on using numerical modelling to study the sources of socioeconomic inequality in China, with particular attention to migration and health. Dr Liu teaches programming and numerical methods for economics, basic statistics, and assists in mathematics, statistics, and econometrics courses. His research interests include labour economics, health economics, migration, and macroeconomics.
