Richard Branscomb

Richard is a teacher-scholar of rhetoric with expertise in technical communication and writing pedagogy across the disciplines. He has designed, taught, and coordinated a range of technical and professional communication courses, guided by a teaching philosophy of accessible, student-centred learning in globalized communication contexts. At UNBC, Richard has developed the technical communication curricula for undergraduate and graduate programs in Engineering. He also contributes to outreach efforts to strengthen partnerships between the School of Engineering and northern B.C. communities.
