Media Preparation and Wash-up

Media Preparation and Wash-up is a service provided by The University of Edinburgh's Biology department. The service offers various growth media, including buffers, broths, and agar media, as well as fly food media for drosophila research. It also provides a wash-up service for laboratory waste and glassware replenishment. Sustainability efforts include reducing water consumption and minimizing single-use plastics. The service is managed by Dominika Borowska, with support from Alison Fulton and other technicians.
