It is exciting and challenging to be involved with an arts organization, and I particularly enjoy the unique opportunities in the initial stages of operation and to ensure their continued successful growth. No day is ever the same: always new challenges, obstacles and ideas that add spice and flavour to the job. Multi-tasking is paramount, as is the ability to change roles quickly.
