Dr. Thomson has always been interested in why we do the things we do! He enjoys teaching courses that give us an opportunity to stop and think about why we do the things we do. Human resource management not only gives us that opportunity but also to reflect on how we interact with others. Leadership is also a favorite because again, it also allows us to not only reflect on who we are but how we lead and interact with followers/employees.
