He is a member of the University of Alberta’s Interprofessional Simulation Research Team that is in the midst of a qualitative study analyzing the use of simulation-based learning within an interprofessional health science education setting (i.e. Nursing and Pharmacy students). Brian is also lead investigator for a MacEwan University-based interdisciplinary team that is analyzing the use of tablet computers as a mobile teaching resource for faculty in MacEwan’s Psychiatric Nursing Program. | Pedagogy, Professional Nursing Education, Human Patient Simulation, Psychiatric Nursing, Mental Health.

Brian C. Parker is Associate Professor at MacEwan University.
