Seth Sanders is the Ronald G. Ehrenberg Professor of Economics and The Donald C. Opatrny ’74 Chair in the Department of Economics at Cornell University. His research focuses on topics such as immigrant earnings assimilation, school quality, and social preferences. Sanders has contributed to publications including 'Immigrant Earnings Assimilation in the United States: A Panel Analysis' and 'Estimating the Effect of School Quality on Mortality in the Presence of Migration: Evidence from the Jim Crow South.' He also co-authored 'Human Capital Investment: A History of Asian Immigrants and Their Family Ties.'
