Prof. Dr.-Ing. Rüdiger Daub is a professor at the Technical University of Munich, affiliated with the Department of Mechanical Engineering. His research focuses on production technology and energy storage systems, particularly in the areas of battery production, electrode and cell design, process optimization, and digitalization. He holds the newly established Chair of Production Engineering and Energy Storage Systems since June 2021.
