Regular biography
Chen Zhijie Professor is a faculty member in the Department of Mathematics at Tsinghua University, affiliated with the Yau Mathematical Sciences Center. His research focuses on Elliptic PDEs and their cross applications with integrable systems and number theory. He has published several papers in prestigious journals such as the American Journal of Mathematics and the Journal of Differential Geometry. Chen has held various academic positions at Tsinghua University, including Professor since 2022 and Associate professor from 2016 to 2022. He has received several awards, including the Research Excellence Award of YMSC in 2020 and the ICCM Best Paper Award in 2018.
