Prof Amanda Prorok is Professor of Collective Intelligence and Robotics in the Department of Computer Science and Technology at the University of Cambridge, and a Fellow of Pembroke College. Her research focuses on multi-agent systems, particularly the algorithmic coordination of robot collectives to solve complex real-world problems. She has pioneered differentiable communication methods for multi-agent systems, with applications to multi-robot perception and control. Prorok has given invited keynotes at TEDx and ICRA, and has received numerous research awards, including a prestigious ERC Grant. She is an IEEE Senior Member and serves as a Senior Editor for IEEE Transactions on Robotics.
