Dr Markus Rambach is a Research Fellow in Quantum Tech and Neuromorphic Computing at the School of Mathematics and Physics, The University of Queensland. He is an Affiliate of the ARC Centre of Excellence for Engineered Quantum Systems (EQUS). His research interests include quantum optics, particularly in the development of single photon sources for photonic qubits and qudits. Dr Rambach completed his PhD at the University of Queensland in 2017 and has been a research fellow at UQ since 2019. His work focuses on quantum information experiments and the exploration of higher-dimensional quantum systems. He is also involved in community engagement activities within the School of Mathematics and Physics.
