Regular biography
Dr Zachary Degnan is a Research Officer/Quantum Engineer in the School of Mathematics and Physics at The University of Queensland. He is affiliated with the ARC Centre of Excellence for Engineered Quantum Systems (EQUS). His research focuses on quantum technologies, with contributions to superconducting quantum devices and terahertz nanoscopy. Dr Degnan has published in journals such as Nature Materials and The Journal of Physical Chemistry Letters, and has presented at international conferences including the 49th International Conference on Infrared, Millimeter, and Terahertz Waves.
