Regular biography
Dr Kenan Kalayci is a Senior Lecturer in Economics at The University of Queensland, School of Economics. His research focuses on behavioural economics and industrial organisation, with an emphasis on experimental methods. Dr Kalayci holds a PhD in Economics from Tilburg University and has contributed to the empirical study of behavioural industrial organisation, particularly in the areas of spurious product differentiation and price discrimination. His work has been published in several academic journals, including the International Journal of Industrial Organisation, Journal of Economic Behaviour and Organisation, and Experimental Economics. Dr Kalayci has also been an Australian Research Council Discovery Early Career Research Fellow and a visiting scholar at the University of Oxford.
