Reconciliation at UQ

Reconciliation at UQ is a program within The University of Queensland's Physics department that acknowledges and respects Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as First Australians. The initiative is committed to uniting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, staff, and communities in teaching, learning, research, and collaborations. Launched in 2019, the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) has evolved into the 'Stretch' RAP in 2024, aiming to expand reconciliation initiatives across Indigenous employment, research, procurement, cultural education, curriculum Indigenisation, and RAP governance.
