Regular biography
Bernardo Magri is a Senior Lecturer in Systems and Software Security at the University of Manchester, Department of Computer Science. His research interests include cryptography, blockchain, key-exchange, secure multi-party computation, and computational complexity theory. He is also involved in distributed systems research. Magri completed his Ph.D. in computer science at Sapienza University of Rome and holds a master’s degree in computer science from the University of São Paulo. He previously worked as a post-doc researcher at Aarhus University and Friedrich-Alexander-Universität in Nuremberg. Magri is currently accepting motivated PhD students for research in cryptography and blockchain.
