Graham Ladds

Graham Ladds is a Fellow at the University of Cambridge, affiliated with the School of Biological Sciences and the Department of Pharmacology. His research focuses on the molecular basis of G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) signal transduction, particularly G protein-mediated signalling bias. His work explores agonist-bias in GPCRs, utilizing techniques such as fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) and bioluminescence resonance energy transfer (BRET), alongside mathematical modelling and drug discovery.
