About
Regular biography
Tony Kouzarides is a Fellow at the University of Cambridge, affiliated with the School of Biological Sciences. His research focuses on epigenetics, chromatin modifications, RNA modifications, gene expression, and drug discovery in cancer. His work explores the pathways leading to epigenetic modifications of histones and their role in cancer, as well as the characterization of epigenetic modifications of RNA within the context of cancer. His research employs techniques such as chromatin immunoprecipitations, nanopore sequencing, RNA sequencing, CRISPR, and bioinformatics.
