Regular biography
Yuta Suzuki is a Lecturer at The University of Tokyo, affiliated with the Department of Computer Science in the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology. His research interests include Genome Informatics, Epigenomics, Structural Variants, and Centromeres. He holds a doctoral degree from The University of Tokyo and has contributed to several peer-reviewed publications, including studies on epigenetic changes and centromere evolution. His work focuses on genomic sciences through long-read technologies and the analysis of repetitive sequences. Suzuki has been involved in research projects funded by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science.
