OKI Kazuo is a Project Professor at the University of Tokyo, Department of CE. His research focuses on global monitoring for ecology and environment, as well as river basin management utilizing remote sensing and GIS technologies. His work includes drone-based measurement techniques and consecutive monitoring methods using UAVs in pecan orchards in Arizona, U.S.A. Additionally, he has developed novel techniques for tracking deer movements using unmanned listening devices. Oki is also involved in various research initiatives and committees related to food production technology and remote sensing standardization.
