MIZUTANI Tsukasa is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at The University of Tokyo. His research focuses on 3D internal visualization technology of infrastructure, vibration, monitoring, digital signal processing, ground penetrating radar, laser, electromagnetic measurement, and next-generation cyber-infrastructure. His work has been featured in various academic and industry publications, including IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Letters and Results in Engineering. Mizutani's research has also been highlighted in the scientific magazine Newton and at national policy meetings related to social infrastructure development.
