Romanov, Anna

Dr Anna Romanov is a lecturer in the School of Mathematics and Statistics at The University of New South Wales. She completed her PhD in Mathematics at the University of Utah in 2018 and held a National Science Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Sydney. Her research focuses on geometric and categorical representation theory, including the use of D-modules and Beilinson-Bernstein localisation to study Lie algebra representations. She has supervised several graduate students in research topics such as Soergel bimodules and Whittaker modules. Dr Romanov teaches courses in modules and representation theory, as well as mathematics algebra.
