Mark W.B. Wilson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Toronto, specializing in photophysics, photon upconversion, triplet fusion, nanocrystals, and optoelectronics. His research explores the photophysical processes in organic and inorganic materials, focusing on exciton dynamics, singlet fission, and energy transfer mechanisms. Wilson's work includes the development of quantum dots for in vivo optical imaging and the investigation of non-emissive triplet excitons for energy harvesting.
