Regular biography

Hong Dao Nguyen is a Dr at The University of Sydney, affiliated with the BIO department. Her research interests include global change biology, science, technology and engineering curriculum and pedagogy, higher education, education assessment and evaluation, curriculum and pedagogy, and environmental sciences. She is passionate about engaging students in their learning and currently holds an Academic Fellow position in the School of Life and Environmental Sciences, where she coordinates the Biology Bridging Course and large first year biology units of over 1000 students. She has 10 years of experience teaching and leading staff in courses covering a broad spectrum of disciplines, including molecular, human and evolutionary biology.
