Dieter Hochuli

Dieter Hochuli is a Professor in the BIO department at The University of Sydney. His research interests include terrestrial ecology, invertebrate biology, ecology, behavioural ecology, zoology, community ecology, population ecology, freshwater ecology, biosecurity science, invasive species ecology, natural resource management, vertebrate biology, pollination biology and systems, and evolutionary biology. Hochuli leads the Integrative Ecology group at the university and has been affiliated with the institution since 1995. His work focuses on the ecology of iconic birds, mammals, insects, and spiders in urban environments and their interactions with humans and the environment.
