Brent Kaiser

Professor Brent Kaiser is affiliated with the University of Sydney's BIO department. His research interests include crop and pasture biochemistry and physiology, agriculture, land and farm management, biochemistry and cell biology, plant cell and molecular biology, plant biology, soil physics, crop and pasture production, genetics, and non-genetically modified uses of biotechnology. He is currently based at the University of Sydney and has established a research group at the Camden Campus. His work focuses on molecular physiology, particularly the regulation and control of plant nitrogen transport, assimilation, and redistribution. He is the current Professor of Legume Biology and Molecular Genetics and directs the ARC Industrial Transformation Research Hub - Legumes for Sustainable Agriculture.
