Azadeh Safarchi

Azadeh Safarchi is a microbiologist and bioinformatician affiliated with The University of Sydney's BIO department. She holds the title of Dr and specializes in microbiology, bioinformatics and computational biology, and genomics. Her research focuses on human gut microbiome studies, metagenomics, gut modulation interventions, bacterial respiratory infections, and molecular biology. Azadeh's work explores gut resilience, the role of microbial communities in gut health, and their implications in cancer development and treatment.
