Regular biography
Chen, Bin is a professor at the School of Computer Science, Peking University. His research focuses on Virtual Reality and Virtual Geographic Environments. He holds a Bachelor's, Master's, and Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Peking University. He is the Deputy Director of the Virtual Geographic Environment Professional Committee of the International Society for Digital Earth (ISDE) Chinese National Committee and a member of the Artificial Intelligence Popularization Professional Committee of the China Association for Science and Technology Education Workers. He teaches undergraduate and graduate-level courses, including "Data Structures and Algorithms" and "Discrete Mathematics," and is the instructor for the National First-class Undergraduate Course "Artificial Intelligence and Information Society" and "Earth and Human Civilization."
