James Fujimoto is the Elihu Thomson Professor in Electrical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His research interests include Biological and Medical Devices and Systems, Electronic, Magnetic, Optical and Quantum Materials and Devices, and Optics + Photonics. His work has been recognized with several awards, including the IEEE Medal for Innovations in Healthcare Technology.
