Rosaire Mongrain

Rosaire Mongrain is a Professor at McGill University's Department of Mechanical Engineering, holding the NSERC Chair in Design Engineering for Interdisciplinary Innovation of Medical Technologies. His research focuses on bioengineering, particularly the biomechanics of cardiovascular tissues and the design and optimization of cardiovascular devices. Mongrain's work involves studying blood flow in circulatory pathologies, the mechanical properties of vascular tissues, and the development of medical devices using numerical, experimental, and animal models.
