Regular biography
Dima Perepichka is a Professor in the Department of Chemistry at McGill University. His research focuses on materials chemistry, synthesis, and catalysis, with an emphasis on developing new electronic properties in organic matter for optoelectronic applications. His work involves the design of novel molecules and materials, as well as advanced characterization techniques such as spectroelectrochemical methods and nanoscale electrical measurements. He teaches CHEM 552, Physical Organic Chemistry, and is affiliated with the Perepichka Group. His academic journey includes a B.Sc. from Donetsk State University, Ukraine, and a Ph.D. from the Institute of Physical Organic Chemistry, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
