Minkyu Je

Minkyu Je is a faculty member in the School of Electrical Engineering at KAIST. His research focuses on circuit design techniques and interdisciplinary collaboration with experts in sensor, energy, communication, packaging, medical devices, and IT applications. He leads the IMPACT Lab, which was established in 2016. The lab engages in international collaborative research and has produced notable work accepted at conferences such as ISCAS and CICC. Recent achievements include awards and recognitions for graduate students affiliated with the lab.

Minkyu Je is an Associate Professor at the School of Electrical Engineering, KAIST, specializing in Integrated Circuits and Microsystems, Sensor Interface, Wireless Communication, Energy and Time Management, and Computing. His research focuses on developing low-power, high-efficiency integrated circuits for biomedical applications, including wireless power transfer, neural recording, and implantable sensors. He has published extensively on wireless telemetry transceivers, energy-efficient CMOS rectifiers, and implantable antennas for medical use. His work emphasizes energy and time management in biomedical systems, with applications in long-term cardiac monitoring, wearable health devices, and smart sensor networks.
