Regular biography
Minhyuk Sung is an associate professor in the School of Computing at KAIST, leading the KAIST Visual AI Group. He is also affiliated with the Graduate School of AI and the Metaverse Program. His research focuses on generating, manipulating, and analyzing various visual data, including images, videos, and 3D data. He received his Ph.D. from Stanford University and M.S. and B.S. degrees from KAIST. He has been recognized with the Asiapgraphics Researcher Award in 2024 and the 2025 College of Engineering Technology Innovation Award at KAIST. He is currently seeking motivated students to join his group.
