Lesya Shchutska

Lesya Shchutska is a Tenure Track Assistant Professor in the Department of PHY at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. Her research focuses on testing the boundaries of the Standard Model of particle physics and exploring new phenomena that may address unresolved questions in the fundamental description of the Universe, such as dark matter, matter-antimatter asymmetry, and neutrino masses. She is affiliated with the LHCb and CMS experiments at CERN and contributes to various R&D activities for future facilities. Her work includes collaborations with the SND@LHC, SHiP, and FCC studies groups. She has held positions at ETH Zürich and the University of Florida and earned a PhD from EPFL.
